As part of our regulatory compliance and security measures, all users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making their first withdrawal. You will be required to submit clear copies or photographs of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing all four corners and ensuring all text is legible, a selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face with both your face and the ID text clearly visible, and potentially proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement if requested for additional verification.

cumi46 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also accept e-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless you have set a personal deposit limit through our responsible gaming tools. There is no maximum withdrawal limit - you may withdraw your entire available balance at any time, subject to any active bonus wagering requirements.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (08:00 to 20:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). cumi46 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. All bank transfer fees are covered by cumi46. You receive the exact amount you withdraw with no deductions.
Withdrawals are subject to any active bonus wagering requirements. If you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, you may not withdraw until those requirements are met or you forfeit the bonus. We reserve the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. You may place bets on any betting market offered on the cumi46 platform subject to the terms and conditions specific to each bet type. All bets are accepted subject to availability and the maximum stake limits set by cumi46. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, especially if we suspect fraudulent activity, arbitrage betting, or coordinated betting patterns.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn except in cases of obvious technical error. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip carefully before confirming your wager. cumi46 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the user.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, market type, and individual user account status. Limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your wager. We reserve the right to adjust betting limits for individual users or accounts without prior notice, particularly for users identified as professional or sharp bettors.
Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. For football matches including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League fixtures, official results are based on full-time scores unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in settlement unless explicitly stated in the market rules.
For live casino games including live baccarat, live roulette, and live blackjack provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other suppliers, results are determined by the outcome shown in the live video stream. If an obvious error occurs in the odds displayed, stake accepted, or payout calculated, cumi46 reserves the right to void affected bets even after settlement. Obvious errors include but are not limited to incorrect odds that are significantly different from market norms, incorrect event information, technical glitches, or human error in odds compilation. In such cases, stakes will be refunded to affected users.

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or the remaining balance, whichever is less. We will notify you via email before applying any inactivity fees. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cumi46 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of cumi46 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through our internal customer complaints procedure by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, you may escalate the dispute to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service if available in your jurisdiction.
